Two-time winner of Thailand Best’s Restaurants 2010 and 2011, VIE Wine & Grill will host an Espa?ol Festival as a highlight of September's dining. The festival will feature Spain’s most luscious wines accompanied by premium quality imported cheeses, delicious cold cuts and cured meats.
Diners can savour a variety of cheeses such as Manchego Curado and San Simon Dacosta, a lightly smoked cheese with a smooth buttery texture and a pleasant earthy taste. Other favourites from the cheese board will include Cabrales, one of the world’s greatest blue cheeses and delicious when accompanied by a light and aromatic glass of white wine. Cured meats include Chorizo Iberico, a flavoursome sausage made from pork seasoned with smoked paprika and spices. Guests will also enjoy Solomillo, a traditional sausage from Spain’s Valle de Los Pedroches, and many other tasty treats.
