Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) recently chose Priestman Goode, a leading global multidisciplinary design consultancy specialising in aviation, transport, environment and product design from the United Kingdom to present the final conceptual and perspective of the cabin interior design at THAI’s Head office on 1st August 2011 for THAI Board member / Management / Committees and honorary consultants and advisors for THAI’s aircraft interior design : M.R. Powari Suchiva, Managing Director, Powarint Ltd.,Ms. Rujiraporn Wanglee, Managing Director, P Interior Associates Ltd. and Ms Vipavadee Patanapongpibul, Managing Director , P49 Deesign & Associates after Priestman Goode won the bidding.
THAI has been undertaking a massive investment in products and services to meet passengers’ expectations as well as to raise its product consistency. THAI’s product development has already begun by retrofitting aircraft with in-flight entertainment, retrofitted seats. For new-generation airplanes THAI will showcase “Thai Contemporary Style” design concept for the interior of the A340-600, A340-500 and also new aircraft being delivered from 2012-2015.
