No. 43’s new chef ๐ Chef Davide Pritoni is the new Italian chef cooking up a grand fiesta at No. 43 Italian Bistro in Cape House, Langsuan. A Modena native, who discovered his culinary talents at the tender age of 15, he brings to the dining table more than 15 years of gastronomical experience. Chef Davide began his career in Italy as an assistant chef at "Casa Modena" for the Italian sports teams during the Barcelona Olympic Games in Spain. Later he was appointed Executive Chef of La Vecchia Quercia Restaurant in Finale Emilia (Modena), where he worked for several years before moving to the famous Maria’s on The Terrace Restaurant in Perth, Australia. It was from here that he decided to relocate to Thailand to work at No. 43 Italian Bistro.
