The hotel’s new concept, Jazz @ VIE, host nightly live jazz sessions with talented musicians. 6 days a week after 21:00 hours, resident musicians and invited special guests will light up your night with the live sessions of soulful sounds and musicality. Whether you want to network with style or simply hang out with friends and enjoy the music, Jazz @ VIE will add a touch of chic to your evening.
Resident jazz talents include the infamous Koh Mr. Saxman and Hank the Groove jamming with rising stars, T-SiX. A six-piece outfit, T-SiX is composed of Chat on vocals, Pound on saxophone and electronic wind instrument, Christ on keyboards and piano, Narn on guitar, Game on electronic bass, and Victor on drums. The band play pop-style songs mixed with a scent of modern fusion music that is uniquely T-SiX.
The band’s musicianship and creativity has seen T-SiX win many contests and competitions. Their experience and expertise has continued to grow with intensive studies at the College of Music, Mahidol University and Silapakorn University. They have also performed as the backing group for several famous bands including Som Amara, Nui Viriyapa and Pom Autobarn.
Over the past four years, the members of T-SiX have polished their skills and inspired a new generation of musicians. T-SiX creates rhythm for every mood from slow beats and easy-listening songs with romantic lyrics, medium beats for slow moves and relaxation, and up-tempo beats to get you on the dance floor.
