From now until 30 September, Chef Charoensri Vatanayut invites you to embark on a culinary journey with Four Regions promotion at Thara Thong — a Royal Thai cuisine restaurant. Experience the taste of different cuisines and rare-to-find dishes which include mouth watering Kaeng Hung Lae - pork in thick red curry northern style. Anyone up for the challenge should not miss Ruam Isarn Rod Ded —combination of three spicy dishes from the northeast combining Yum Kor Mhoo Yaang - spicy pork neck salad with herbs, Larb Gai - spicy minced chicken salad and Tum Taeng - spicy cucumber salad. Or, sample Tom Som Pla — perfect blend of sweet and sour yellow soup with grouper fillet. Sounds too spicy? Cool down the spice with Kaeng Jued Pak Muan — clear soup with minced pork, shrimp wrapped with cucumber, carrot and pumpkin.
