A night of hot and sexy Spanish seduction was recently held at the award-winning VIE Hotel Bangkok. The guests of honours including Khun Hester Chew and Se?or Antonio Millan — Deputy Head of Mission, Embassy of Spain who gave a speech about Spanish food and culture. More heat was added to El Calor Espa?ol with the appearance of celebs including the infamous actress Boom — Panadda Wongphudee, equally well-known Aom — Sakaojai Poolsawad, the nation’s beauty Miss Thailand Universe Farung Yutitum, and the sexy winner of Men’s Health Guys’ Challenge, Bloom — Varintorn Yaroojjanont.
At the red and raunchy reception in VIE Wine & Grill, Thailand’s Best Restaurant 2010 and 2011, guests enjoyed chic cocktails followed by Spain’s most luscious wines including the Romon Roqueta Series. Such as Macabeo Chandonnay that has floral aromas with fruit flavour on the background, and the contrasting Reserva with intense red colour, ripe fruit aromas and balsamic touches. Wines were accompanied by premium quality imported cheeses including Manchego Curado with unmistakable richness reminiscent of nuts and caramel and the very creamy Tatilla, as well as a selection of delicious cold cuts and cured meats ranging from the mildly spiced and tender Chorizo Iberico to flavoursome Solomillo.
