Renowned guest chef Philippe Belly will celebrate the occasion with a bevy of tantalizing specialties, such as Poached Freshwater Crayfish with Lemon Butter and Mussel Casserole with Curry, which will appear on a special a la carte menu on September 14 and 17 while a Dinner Buffet will be held on September 15, 16 and 18 for Baht 590++ per person, children under 12 receive a 50% discount.
