Retailink is leveraging IT to plan and manage company assets across its supply chain. Wiith IBM’s enterprise asset management solutions, the company has already experienced significant improvements in service availability, efficiency, delivery planning and monitoring, and improvements to their maintenance capability for multiple devices and equipment in real-time, on a 24-hour basis.
