At Pack Print International 2011, Canon's new flagship - imagePRESS C7010VP will be unveiled. Designed to generate profit for production printing, this highly efficient digital colour printer is fully equipped with several state-of-the-art features. For example, it has the ability to print high resolution images up to 1,200 x 1,200 dpi (12bit) which is one of the widest colour gamuts in 4-colour digital printers, superb production speed at 70 pages per minute, the V Toner with ultra-fine particle size only 5.5 micron and delivers high printing quality for A4 sheets. It also features a highly efficient paper feeding system using a feeding detector to rectify overlapping sheets. Printing Solution
In anticipating the needs for digital printing, Canon will launch two superb items of software: Print Shop Mail and Direct Smile for personalized printing of variable data consisting of images, textsand graphics. This data will appear differently according to the pre-set conditions, for instance, the personalized receiver of a circulating letter.
