Hua Hin Marriott Resort & Spa proudly announces the appointment of Francesco Perricone as the resort’s new F&B Director. Boasting 10 years’ international experience in the hospitality industry, Mr Perricone has successfully worked his way up from ground roots level to hold leadership F&B positions at world renowned luxury hotels and resorts.
Francesco Perricone joins Hua Hin Marriott Resort & Spa from his previous role as Assistant F&B Director at Shangri La’s Mactan Resort & Spa in Cebu, Philippines, where he was responsible for two specialty restaurants, the pool and beach bar, and lobby lounge, in addition to overseeing the renovation and re-opening of the resort’s beach bar and new ice cream shop.
Prior to this noteworthy position, Mr Perricone was F&B Co-ordinator at The Peninsula Bangkok in Thailand, assisting the F&B Director. This key role followed an Outlet Manager title at the Grand Hyatt Dubai in the UAE, where he gained experience in leading a multi-cultural team, as well as dining diversity through management of the hotel’s Italian restaurant, American fine dining steakhouse, Singaporean seafood restaurant and sushi bar.
An Italian and Norwegian national, Mr Perricone brings to Hua Hin Marriott Resort & Spa a broad knowledge of global culinary trends and a passionate approach to guest loyalty — a combination which perfectly caters for the property’s discerning international guests.
