Mr. Piyasvasti Amranand (left), President of Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI), recently received the outstanding state enterprise award 2011 for Excellent Organization Development from Mr. Teerachai Puwanartnaranuban (right), Finance Minister, at the State Enterprise Award 2011 ceremony which was held at Challenger-Impact hall, Muangthong Thani. THAI was awarded for turning around its loss of over 20 billion baht in 2009 into a profit of 1.5 billion baht in 2010, as a result of combined efforts and cost-saving measures from all members of management team and staff.
