Throughout the month of November, the luscious Yellowtail Kingfish is the star of the sumptuous MGallery Buffet Dinner at the VIE Hotel Bangkok. Highly prized in Japan for its deep smoky flavour and rich, smooth and buttery texture, the chefs at VIE Wine & Grill have decided sashimi is the best way to highlight the fish. Other recommended dishes include the delectable grilled Yellowtail steak accompanied by a distinctive ponzu butter sauce, as well as the pan-fried Yellowtail fillet with spicy red chilli and sweet basil.
