To celebrate the occasion, Mistral invites you to enjoy a delicious and healthy buffet of vegetarian delights fromthe renowned Chiang Mai Royal Project. The organic vegetables are grown by local hilltribe people as part ofa project initiated by His Majesty the King and Prince Bhisatej Rajani to improve living standards in northern Thailand.
