Marriott Thailand has recently organized a day of sports and fundraising for the active children of SOS Children’s Village Thailand.
Associates of Marriott properties in Bangkok and Cha-am prepared fun activities and games and spent the day for the children to enhance sportsmanship and character development. More importantly, associates participated in raising funds by setting up food and beverage booths and garage sales. A total of THB 55,946 was raised and every Baht was entirely donated to the charitable organization for the children.
Marriott’s Area Vice President of Southeast Asia, Mr. Philip Bryson expressed the importance of giving back to the children and with the Marriott team pulling together in this act of Spirit to Serve. The day for SOS Children’s Village was a wonderful success first and foremost for the children.
