Bangkok--18 Sep--Sofitel Centara Grand Bangkok Sofitel Centara Grand Bangkok will present creative and exciting vegetarian menus at its Chinese and Thai restaurants during 27th September until 5th October so that everyone taking part in the Vegetarian Festival can discover how nutritious, fresh and satisfying vegetarian cuisines can be! At Dynasty Chinese restaurant, Chef Kam’s menu uses fresh vegetables, heaps of mushrooms, and soya meat that acts as a perfect substitute for meat and fish. Vegetarian dim sum, tasty little morsels made with fresh veggies, mushrooms, bamboo pith, and the full texture of soya meat, are also available during lunchtime. Or visit Suan Bua restaurant, where Thai Chef Por has a vegetarian menu that adds Thai herbs and spices to the freshest of ingredients and makes a memorable meal. Dishes include fluffy deep-fried oyster mushrooms with spicy green mango salad, stir-fried tofu with sweet basil, eggplant stuffed with vegetarian meat and soy bean paste, and fried Hokkien noodles with bean curd and chilli.
