Kai-Uwe Klenz has been appointed Executive Chef of the Amari Orchid Pattaya, which also is the home of the award winning Mantra restaurant and bar, where he will also oversee. Prior to joining the hotel, Kai’s culinary journey has taken him to four different countries of the world in the position of Executive Chef, the Kempinski Hotel Zografski Sofia, Bulgaria; Sheraton Tirana Hotel & Towers Albania; InterContinental Bucharest, Romania and most recently for the past four years at the Radisson Water Garden Hotel Dhaka in Bangladesh.
