Tenuta Dell'Ornellaia is an Italian "Super Tuscan" wine producer situated on the Via Bolgherese in the triangle between the sea, the medieval hamlet of Bolgheri and the town of Castagneto Carducci.
On the 28th September at 7 pm, we are delighted to host one of the most prominent Italian wine producers to present a wonderful selection of Ornellaia wines during a four-course dinner prepared by Chef Daniele Cason with a menu to include Smoked Eel, Hokkaido Scallops with Caviar and Triganini Modenese Squab and Veal. The set dinner is at 3,500++.
