Diverse portfolio of semiconductor and passive solutions
element14 offers one of the broadest stocks of the latest discrete semiconductors and passive components from Vishay, such as capacitors, diodes and resistors, therefore providing reliable and high performance solutions to the industrial, automotive, consumer, telecommunications and power supplies markets.
One of the newest Vishay product offerings that element14 has in stock is the3-?, High Bandwidth, Dual SPDT Analog Switch series, which are low-voltage dual single-pole/double-throw monolithic CMOS analog switches. Designed to operate from 1.8 V to 5.5 V power supply, these solutions achieve a bandwidth of 242 MHz while providing low on-resistance, excellent on-resistance matching and flatness over the entire signal range. They offer the advantage of high linearity that reduces signal distortion, making them ideal for audio, video, and USB signal routing applications. Built on Vishay’s proprietary sub-micron high density process, the components bring low power consumption and at the same time reduce PCB spacing, allowing engineers to optimise valuable broad space and maximise current usage.
element14 also stocks Vishay’s 8-Channel, Dual 4-Channel, Triple 2-Channel (Triple SPDT) Multiplexers family in its inventory. The channel leakage of these components is typically in the range of 10 pA, and switch charge injection is less than 0.5 pC. Coupled with very low switch capacitance, these devices are ideal for high precision signal switching and multiplexing. All switches conduct equally well in both directions, offering rail to rail analog signal switching and can be used both as multiplexers as well as de-multiplexers, offering versatility for electronic designs.
