Bangkok--29 Sep--Millennium Resort Patong Phuket Millennium Resort Patong Phuket’s sous chef, Alongkorn Trahngan recently won bronze medal from the 2nd Pattaya City Gourmet Seafood Challenge in conjunction with Pattaya Food & Hoteliers Expo 2011 at Royal Cliff Beach Resort Pattaya held on 5-7 August as one of representative chefs from the 5- star hotel in Phuket. Vying for Pattaya City Culinary Cup together with 3000USD in cash, top chefs from 9 International and 6 Thailand provincial teams prepared their 11 gourmet buffet entries for evaluation by the respective panels of judges led by world famous Chief Judge, Chef Otto Weibel. Apart from a unique culinary competition, it’s also a great opportunity for showcasing the very best seafood, Thai Jasmine Rice, Thai Fruits and most respected Royal King Project Red Claw Lobster as the key ingredients for this year competition.
