Served daily from 6 pm to 11 pm, the irresistible buffet features a fabulous selection of gourmet cuisine created by our talented Executive Chef Sylvain Royer. Diners can choose from an array of antipasti and cold cuts, freshly baked breads, imported cheeses and enticing accompaniments. There are also premium at the barbecue corner, a fresh catch of seafood, a choice of pasta dishes with delicious sauces, and many other Thai and Western favourites.
A selection of delightfully decadent French desserts end the evening’s dining on a high note. Succumb to temptation with heavenly confections such as mango, strawberry or raspberry Charlotte, hazelnut cream Paris-Brest cake, mini ?clairs, tarts, macaroons, and other traditional treats too good to resist.
