Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI) held a Board of Directors Meeting chaired by Mr. Ampon Kittiampon, THAI Chairman of the Board of Directors, with the following outcome.
Replacement of Members of the THAI Board of Directors who have resigned
The following members of the THAI Board of Directors have tendered their resignations:
1. Mr. Surachai Tansitpong
2. Mr. Sathit Limpongpan
3. Mr. Chaisak Angkasuwan
4. Mr. Banyong Pongpanich
THAI Board of Directors approved of the following appointments to replace the members who have resigned, with effect from 12 October 2011 onward.
1. Mr. Supot Sub-lom replaces Mr. Surachai Tansitpong
2. Pol. Gen. Preaophan Dhamapong replaces Mr. Sathit Limpongpan
3. ACM M.L. Suprija Kamalasana replaces Mr. Chaisak Angkasuwan
4. Mr. Pradit Sintavanarong replaces Mr. Banyong Pongpanich
