Bangkok--13 Oct--Pattaya Floating Market Thailand’s ancient festival known as ‘Loy Krathong’ this year will be celebrated on Thursday 10, November according to ancient Thai calendar. The night will also be fantasized with many traditional plays, games, and an on stage show starting from dark until late at night. The official floating time is 10pm to allow tourists in the market making their wishes and floating the ‘Krathong’ out to water. The term ‘Loy’ literally means ‘Float’ and ‘Krathong’ literally means a ‘Raft.
