Fine de Claire No.4 Oyster, one full box (48 pieces) is 1,699 baht nett and 58 baht nett by piece. The oysters are served on crushed ice with your own topping selection such as Shallot Vinegar, Lemon and Lime, French Echire butter & bread, Japanese Mignonette, Thai Yellow Curry, Mornay sauce, Hollandaise.
