Bangkok--26 Oct--Aziam Burson-Marsteller TRUEMOVE, TRUEMOVE H AND HUTCH EXTEND ASSISTANCE TO COVER ADDITIONAL AREAS AFFECTED BY FLOODS TO HELP CUSTOMERS IN PATHUMTHANI, NONTHABURI AND 9 BANGKOK DISTRICTS AT RISK TrueMove, TrueMove H and Hutch have extended assistance to cover additional flooded areas offering help to subscribers so that they can communicate in times of emergency and necessity. The flooded areas as per announcement 9/2554 of The Flood Relief Operations Center (FROC) include Pathumthani, Nonthaburi and 9 Bangkok districts at risk: Lak Si, Don Mueang, Sai Mai, Nong Chok, Min Buri, Khan Na Yao, Lat Krabang, Bang Phlat, and Thawi Wattana. For TrueMove and Hutch prepaid subscribers: Extend validity of up to 30 days beginning October 25, 2011 Immediate top of Baht 20 per number for subscribers whose call credit has been used up or is less than Baht 5. Moreover, TrueMove subscribers can call *937# for an additional Baht 20 top up per week to be used for emergency calls when their calling credit has run out. For TrueMove, TrueMove H, and Hutch postpaid subscribers: Service will not be suspended for postpaid customers who are unable to make payment for their monthly telephone bills up until November 30, 2011. Assistance includes offering free calls to all networks, free Internet, free top up for TrueMove customers, and validity extension to 60 days.
