Mr. Pandit Chanapai , Executive Vice President for Commercial of Thai Airways International Public Company Limited ( THAI ) , said, “In order to facilitate passengers from the severe flood in several provinces in Thailand, THAI is pleased to inform that the dates and flights of all Thai Airways’ tickets including redemption tickets issued on THAI’s website ( www.thaiairways.com ) or by ticketing offices and travel agents in Thailand issuing date on or before 28 October 2011 with travel period during 1 October — 15 November 2011 can be changed with no additional fees. However, the traveling date must be completed within 31 December 2011. Passengers can make flight changes and reservations within 30 November 2011 at THAI Contact Center, THAI Ticketing Office and Travel Agency throughout Thailand.
