The chic resort is hosting the exclusive dinner event, on November 26, 2011, in aid of raising funds for those displaced by Thailand’s recent terrible floods and to promote awareness of climate change. Four of Pranburi’s finest chefs — including Aleenta Hua Hin-Pranburi’s own culinary genius Executive Chef David Heidemann — will create a groundbreaking five-course menu based around the elements of earth, wind, fire and water. Each chef will choose the element they will base their creations on before the event, while the evening will culminate with a fifth course created by a surprise mystery guest chef from Bangkok. This exceptional event will take place on the beach, the perfect venue to pay respect to the earth’s elements of the sea, sand and sky. Tickets cost THB3,500 per person. The event is also testament to the resort’s dedication to the SLOW food concept with all products used at the dinner produced within 40 kilometres of the resort — including the wine — ensuring that its carbon footprint is absolutely minimal as well as continuing its support for local suppliers. “We are bringing together Hua Hin’s finest culinary masterminds to raise much-needed money for flood victims while demonstrating how we can deliver sophisticated experiences in a relaxed, simple and peaceful beachfront environment,” said Aleenta Resorts Founder Anchalika Kijkanakorn. “We are consistent in offering healthy, naturally produced and sustainable sources of food, which, combined with the excellent skills of the visiting chefs, will result in a truly worthwhile and memorable dining event.” The elements dinner forms one part of an innovative dining programme kick-starting in November, with Aleenta Hua Hin-Pranburi introducing fresh dining experiences propelling the resort as forerunners of imaginative cuisine. With such an exciting choice of food and beverage options at the resort, guests can now choose to experience all in one evening, with a simply designed dine-around option. For THB1,800 per person, guests can enjoy the pleasure of champagne and canap?s on the beach at sundown, dine in the resort’s inviting restaurant and then indulge in divine desserts on their balcony with the moon and stars for company. Ever mindful of guests’ needs, the resort has also introduced its unique Bar in a Box concept. Guests choose from an extensive list of snacks and beverages to create their own bar — delivered to their room on a daily basis — and features a variety of all-you-can-drink soft drinks and wine promotions each month. Guests looking for the latest development in Aleenta Hua Hin-Pranburi’s renowned creative fusion dishes will also be in for a treat in November, as the kitchens introduce Thai-influenced sushi. As pioneers of Thailand’s high-end boutique resort scene and understated elegance since its opening in January 2003, Aleenta Hua Hin-Pranburi is proud of its forward-thinking cuisine and has championed a healthy lifestyle with its menus, many of which utilise the fresh ingredients grown at its adjacent organic farm. Aleenta Hua Hin-Pranburi has long been a leader in offering a luxury lifestyle experience, focusing on both comfort and style, while maintaining a charming individuality. Formerly a traditional family beach villa, Aleenta Hua Hin-Pranburi was converted into Thailand’s first deluxe boutique resort located along wide unspoiled, windswept beaches, affording stunning views over the beautiful Pak Nampran Bay. All rooms boast their own unique design, ensuring guests take away their own individual holiday experience, and is just a scenic two-and-a-half hour drive south of Bangkok.
