As part of AirAsia’s continuous effort to provide enhanced online experience for guests, the airline will be carrying out a system upgrade and maintenance starting 12 — 13 November 2011.
Online flight booking services, will be temporarily unavailable from 10am on Saturday, 12 November 2011 (Thailand time/GMT+7) to 5am on Sunday, 13 November 2011 (Thailand time/GMT+7).
During the downtime, the following services will be temporarily unavailable including:
- Ticket bookings via www.airasia.com, via the AirAsia Call center, and via all AirAsia Sales offices and counters.
- The Manage My Booking functions on www.airasia.com, or changes made via the AirAsia Call Center, and all AirAsia Sales offices and counters.
- Self check-in services via www.airasia.com, mobile check-in, and kiosk check-in.
Guests are strongly advised to perform early check-in via web before the disruption period, to avoid any inconvenience to their travel plans.
The AirAsia Call Center will close at 21.00 hrs on 12 November and resume its services again at 08.00hrs on 13 November. AirAsia Sales Offices will also be unavailable on 12 November, and will resume their services again on 13 November 2011.
All affected guests will be informed via email and SMS about the online service disruption. Guests may check our website (www.airasia.com), Twitter (twitter.com/AirAsiaThailand) and Facebook (facebook.com/AirAsiaThailand) for updates. We apologize for any inconveniences caused.
Hotel bookings and reservations for tours and activities on www.airasiago.com will remain available throughout the AirAsia system upgrade.
