a special wine dinner, hosted by Mr. Zonin of the Castello d’Albola, on Friday 25 November 2011 starting from 7:00pm. This special wine dinner will highlight the perfect match of authentic six-course Italian dinner prepared by Chef Loris Pistillo, Chef de Cuisine of Spasso, and five selected Tuscan Classics of Castello d’Albola wines.
Speical menus for the special night include Crab salad, preserved lemon, avocado and tomato confit, Cepe mushroom risotto, parmesan and venison hand cut ragout’ in truffle scent, Apricot and Almond Milk Sorbet, Slow roast pork loin crispy polenta batonette, Spasso homemade cheese and Pistachio and ricotta cheese cake, invidually paired with wines including 2001, 2006, 2007 2009 and 2010 to enhance the flavour of the meal.
