Discounted service rates and product prices for those directly affected in Thailand
Hewlett-Packard (Thailand) Ltd’s Personal Systems Group (PSG) is reaching out to help ease the financial burden on HP notebook and desktop users who have been directly impacted by the recent floods. HP customers with damage as a result of the floods can receive a range of discounted services at authorized HP Service Centers nationwide.
HP Desktop users with hardware damaged from the floods can receive a free checkup service and 50% discount on spare parts. Also, for those who wish to replace their damaged PCs, HP is offering a special promotion on products including the HP TouchSmart310-1270d PC at 17,900 Baht (including VAT). This desktop PC offer runs from now until 31 January, 2012.
HP Notebook users receive diagnosis checkup service at no cost and up to 35% discount on spare parts for notebooks without insurance, while notebooks with insurance with one year warranty will enjoy checkup services free of charge. This notebook services valid from now until 31 December, 2011.
