The festive menu includes Cauliflower “Panna Cotta” Granseola Crab Meat, Foie Gras Escalope, Chestnut Pappardelle with Lardo di Colonnata and Alba White Truffle with a choice for your main course of either Taggiasca Olives Studded Sea-Bream Ros? or Slow Roasted Lamb Leg. A Fine Fig Tartlet Vanilla “Latte in Piedi” Flan is for dessert.
