Travellers always look for comfort and inexpensive air ticket rates when flying, especially on long-haul flights. Comfort Class is Turkish Airlines’ premium economy cabin class configured between the Business and Economy classes, which was recently introduced to passengers on Boeing 777’s Bangkok destination.
Turkish Airlines is offering special Comfort Class return air tickets Bangkok-Istanbul-Bangkok until 31 March 2012 at rates starting from 31,335 baht. The price excludes taxes, service fees and fuel surcharges.
From Bangkok, Turkish Airlines offers Comfort Class service only on its new fleet of Boeing 777 aircraft, which now operates on Bangkok-Istanbul--Bangkok and Bangkok-Ho Chi Minh City-Bangkok routes. Turkish Airlines Boeing 777 aircraft is configuration with 28 Business, 63 Comfort and 246 Economy Class seats, with total a seating capacity of 337.
Turkish Airlines Comfort Class recently won the Skytrax World Airline Best Premium Economy Class 2011 Awards. Comfort Class seat pitch is 46 inches, compared to 32 inches for the airline’s Economy seats and 76 inches for Business seats on the Boeing 777 aircraft, and other wide-body aircraft.
Comfort Class also features a 19.5 inches seat width, 111.3 degrees recline and a 10.6 inches screen monitor tucked at the armrest.
Comfort Class passenger can also enjoy special entertainment system, tune in or watch on personal inflight monitors a wide variety of music, cartoons, films documentaries, games and access to all visual archive presented inflight. Connection points are also provided for USB or iPod. A foot massage apparatus is also available and accessible on Comfort Class seats.
