On New Year’s Eve gather family and friends and enjoy a fabulous international buffet feast under the stars in the Siam City Hotel’s open-air Garden Pavilion.
Guests can feast on a seafood smorgasbord featuring everything from shrimp, rock lobster and oysters to salmon, mussels and squid. Straight from the ocean to your plate, either steamed, barbeque, friend, saut?ed or straight up—you decide! In addition meat lovers can enjoy a mouth-watering carving station and gourmets can feast on such global specialties as Spanish paella, German sausage, Hungarian goulash, chicken Kiev, Japanese sushi and Chinese fried rice. All topped with an assortment of French pastry treats, homemade ice cream and more.
Whilst dining be entertained with a live house band, lucky raffle draw, door prizes and, of course, a midnight count-down. Keep the good times rolling all the way into 2012 with hot soup, sausages and rolls served in the wee hours of the morning.
