Mr. Eric Berrigaud has been appointed as Executive Chef of Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre. His responsibilities are created menus of outlets, catering and banquet services for providing BITEC customers.
Prior to joining with BITEC, Eric has more than 10 years experience in the food and beverage as well as the hospitality industries with internationally acclaimed hotels and restaurants in France, Thailand and Caribbean. Also, he has expert in International cuisine such as Mediterranean, Mexican, Asian and European.
He has had the opportunity to work in Rosewood Hotels and Resort, Canouan, St Vincent and Grenadines, Awarded — 5 stars Diamonds 5 stars & Leading Hotel of the World, Sofitel Silom Bangkok Hotel, Organization of Culinary week with Michelin’s Star Chefs, Len?tre Thailand and KOI Restaurant, Bangkok.
