Bangkok--6 Jan--Hill and Knowlton HP today announced that industry analyst firm IDC has named HP a leader in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Managed Print Services 2011 Hardcopy Vendor Analysis Study.(1) An independent and global provider of IT research, IDC completed its multivendor assessment study and identified that HP Managed Print Services (MPS) continues to maintain market leadership with high scores in strategic direction and offering capabilities.
