Thai Airways International Public Company Limited’s Ground Customer Services Department, through WingSpan Services Company Limited, announced that the business unit is recruiting ground customer service staff.
Mr. Danuj Bunnag, THAI Managing Director, Ground Services Business Unit, said the Company’s Ground Customer Services business unit is recruiting ground customer service staff through WingSpan Services Company Limited beginning now until 30 April 2012 at THAI’s Head Office on Vibhavadi Rangsit Road. Several ground customer service positions are open for application in areas such as assistance for passengers traveling on THAI and customer airlines, checking passenger boarding passes, and coordinating with customs and immigration staff. Applicants must fulfill the following requirements:
Ground Customer Service Staff Qualifications:
- Male or female, Thai national
- Men must be at least 165 centimeters tall and women must be at least 160 centimeters tall, with respective weight corresponding to height.
- Must not exceed 26 years of age at time of application
- Single status, never been married nor have children
- Education level of at least Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, no subject major stipulated
- Scoring at least 600 points on the Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC), with tests conducted within 2 years from the application date
- Other language skills beside Thai and English will be considered
Required Application Documents:
- Copy of official transcript
- Copy of national identity card
- Copy of housing registration
- Photocopy of a certified written English language exam conducted by a TOEIC institute
- Three 2 inch photos (color)
- Copy of military service completion (Sor Dor 8 or Sor Dor 43) for male applicants
