On January 9th 2012, 44 students studying Tourism and 3 faculty members from the Faculty of Management and Information Science of Naresuan University had an educational site inspection at the Royal Cliff Hotels Group and Pattaya Exhibition And Convention Hall (PEACH). On hand to welcome the students and accompanying faculty were Royal Cliff Hotels Group Executives and PEACH Resident Manager Mr. Michael Goh.
The students learned about the intricacies of the Hospitality & Service industry and gained insight into the operations of a longstanding, 5-star hotel. The Royal Cliff’s experienced and passionate executive staff arranged educational seminars about various aspects of hospitality and personalised services at the Royal Cliff.
During their site inspection, the students and faculty dined in Royal Cliff’s international pool and sea view restaurant Panorama- Dramatic Atmosphere where they enjoyed the culinary delights of this award winning property.
