Session III: REACH - Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals

Session IV: UNRTDG and ADR — Transport of Dangerous Goods
About Our Course Director:
Mr. Pongnarin Petchu is the European Certified Dangerous Goods Advisor (DGSA) for All Classes byRoad; he has ever worked for more than a decade in the field of dangerous goods and chemicals risk& safety management projects based on the international requirements with German International
Cooperation (GIZ) to support various authorities of the Royal Thai Government. He is currently the first
and the only one in Thailand who receives a Certificate on Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser (DGSA) —
All Classes by Road certified by Great Britain (GB) — Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) based on
the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR)
which is implementing in Thailand and the ASEAN Region and Greater Mekhong Sub-region (GMS).
