Anantara Bangkok Riverside Resort & Spa is delighted to announce the appointment of Claudia Pronk as new General Manager.
A Dutch national who is fluent in English, French and German, Ms. Pronk has spent almost 25 years in the hospitality industry. Climbing the career ladder from humble beginnings, Ms. Pronk enjoyed management positions early on in her career. Between 1991 and 2008 she mainly worked for Le M?ridien hotels in Germany, France and the Netherlands, after which she moved on to become General Manager of The Grand Mauritian, A Luxury Collection Resort & Spa in Mauritius, leading the hotel pre-opening and first full year of operation.
Immediately prior to joining Anantara Bangkok Riverside Resort & Spa, Ms. Pronk spent over two years in the Maldives as General Manager of Anantara Dhigu Resort & Spa, Anantara Veli Resort & Spa and Naladhu Maldives.
Ms. Pronk brings to her new Anantara role a wealth of multi-faceted experiences.
