Every Friday through Sunday night from the 4th May — 30th June 2012, crab connoisseurs everywhere can choose from the freshest, most succulent crab dishes prepared to perfection by Chef Alan and his dedicated team. Chef Alan only selects the pick of the catch to bring to the table and among the many delights on offer are plump Alaskan Crab Claws, the juiciest Blue Crabs and mouth watering Black Crabs all literally bursting with flavor. Additionally Chef Alan has created enticing new “specials” including stir fried crab with aromatic curry powder, stir fried crab with spicy chili paste, steamed crab with homemade Thai seafood sauce, crispy tempura crab and rich crab ravioli.
Besides the crab specialties, our tantalizing international buffet features a wide selection of tempting fare including crisp healthy salads and homemade sauces, imported European cold cuts, the finest seafood, a wide variety of freshly prepared pasta dishes, authentic Japanese and Asian favorites, traditional Dim Sum, carving and grilling stations serving only premium meats and deliciously wicked desserts including a chocolate fountain and many more!
The Crab Connoisseur Dinner Buffet is priced at 1,199++ baht per person with a 50% discount for children under the age of 16.
