H.E. Dr. Jos? Ramos-Horta, President of East Timor, was on an official visit to Thailand as guest of the Prime Minister and stayed at Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok. His Excellency was an honorary keynote speaker at the Rotary International Convention 2012 at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani on 9 May 2012.
