Would you like to learn the secrets of authentic Thai cooking? Experience the art of Thai cuisine and culinary techniques with an expert, Novotel Bangkok IMPACT’s newly appointed Executive Chef, Charlie Rojnwatham. Cooking classes will be offered in The Square restaurant, where you will learn Thai standards such as Som Tum - traditional Papaya salad, Pad Thai - a favorite noodle dish, and Tom Yum Goong — the famous spicy seafood soup.
For just Baht 800++ per person you will enjoy a cooking class, followed by sumptuous lunch (recipes included), along with a Chef’s hat and Apron. Our Classes available every Saturday from 11am. until 2pm. at the Square, Novotel Bangkok IMPACT.
