Bangkok--16 May--Mahidol University
On 23 April 2012, Prof. Dr. Rassmidara Hoonsawat, Dean of the College of Management Mahidol University (front row, first right), and Assoc. Prof. Roy Kouwenberg, CMMU Ph.D. Program Chair (front row, third left), warmly welcomed a group of 20 students and 2 faculty members from Erasmus University Rotterdam, a CMMU partner university in Europe.
The theme of the study tour was Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). This visit was organized by the Financial Study Association Rotterdam as part of their International Research Project, where students visited companies in Bangkok and Ho Chi Minh City.
At CMMU, the group attended a one-hour presentation on “Sustainable Leadership in Thailand” by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sooksan Kantabutra, CMMU faculty member and expert in leadership and sustainable enterprises. Then, Dr. Remco Zwinkels from Erasmus University Rotterdam gave a 30-minute seminar on his research titled: "Volatility, Investor Uncertainty, and Dispersion". The campus tour came at the end by CMMU International Relations Office (IRO).
