With warmer weather comes spring cuisine, and at Kamon Japanese Restaurant & Steakhouse that translates into even fresher produce and seafood.
For a limited time we’re dishing up delectable hamaguri (clams), katsuo (bonito), shirauo (whitebait), takenoko (bamboo shoots), fuki (butterbur), hamachi (yellowtail), kinusaya (snow peas), soramame (broad bean) and sansai (mountain vegetables) creations.
Stop by for such mouth-watering dishes as chopped bonito with ginger sauce, noodles and mountain vegetables, butterbur with sesame sauce, grilled yellowtail with salt, bamboo shoot hot pot and clear clam soup.
