BarSu’s creative culinary team has introduced delicious new dishes to complement the signature cocktails and fine wines. Fresh, indigenous and designed for sharing, the new temptations of the menu include “Mighty Bites”, “Crispy Treats”, “Live & Raw”, “From the Grill”, “The Big One”, and “Sweet Savory”.
Gastronomic delights from the “Mighty Bites” menu include crisp tomato bruschetta, the classic combination of Serrano ham and melon, the all-time favorite of potato fries or wedges with a dip of aioli and heirloom tomato ketchup, and Yokun Gold potato skins with picadillo and Monterey Jack cheese.
The choice of new “Crispy Treats” includes vegetable spring rolls with a tamarind dip, tempura prawns and mushrooms, and delicious panko-crusted chicken lollipops with katsu dip, and a salad of Romaine lettuce with garlic dressing, croutons, pancetta and Parmesan.
A highlight from the “Live & Raw” menu is blue mussels flown in especially to enjoy wok-tossed with garlic, chilli and sweet basil. Lovers of meats and fish can savor succulent dishes “From the Grill” such as spice-rubbed lamb chops a la plancha with harissa chilli paste, Atlantic salmon and basil tikka, spicy ancho chilli and garlic prawns, and the Japanese-inspired shitake mushroom skewers.
Clubbers with a healthy appetite can order from “The Big One”, a choice of hearty dishes including rib-eye steak with fries and a rocket salad, and the no-fuss chicken sandwich, a satisfying creation with lemon thyme flavored grilled free range chicken with avocado, rocket and tomatoes accompanied by steak fries or potato wedges.
A night of divine dining at BarSu ends with offerings from the “Sweet Savory” selection. Devilish desserts include the tropical fruit prelude, and heavenly liquid center chocolate cake with white chocolate ice cream and raspberries.
