Bangkok--21 May--Pullman Pattaya Hotel G PULLMAN PATTAYA HOTEL G leads the way led to a green Earth! Hotel management and staff, headed by General Manager Clinton Lovell, recently planted numerous trees in the hotel garden and cleaned up the beach in a praiseworthy effort to preserve the environment, as part of the HUG A TREE - PLANET 21 initiative. Focussing mainly on the beaches and roads surrounding the hotel as well as planting new trees, this exercise was carried out by the hotel’s management, staff and guest volunteers. To celebrate the launch of Accor’s new worldwide sustainable development program, Planet 21, Accor hotels in Thailand participated in the “Hug a Tree” campaign with hotel employees dressed up as “Miss Tree” to raise funds to help Plant for the Planet. The campaign was initiated with an ambition to create a fun activity to raise awareness and engage with the guests. The total fund raised during this fundraising campaign will result to over 2,000 trees to be planted in Chiang Mai through Pur Projet.
