General Manager Mr. Peter Caprez is pleased to announce a high profile appointment to head the awarded culinary department, making a valuable addition to JW Marriott Bangkok, Mr. Bruno Rotschaedl, as the new Director of Food and Beverage.
Bruno began his culinary career in 1984 after he graduated with a degree in Hotel Management in Austria. He has held executive Food and Beverage positions in varied locations, such as Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center, Heidelberg Marriott Hotel; Singapore Marriott Hotel, as Director of Catering, and Warsaw Marriott. Bruno served as Executive Assistant Manager at the large and prestigious property of Crowne Plaza Kaohsiung E-Da World in Taiwan and before joining JW Marriott Bangkok, he was the Executive Assistant Manager at Intercontinental Shanghai Puxi.
“The leadership of the operations under my guidance is set to further boost the hotel’s well established and deserved reputation as an unparalleled dining destination in Bangkok. I trust my extensive experience will bring valuable new initiatives to the hotel and help enhance the overall experience for our guests,” says Bruno.
Bruno is married to a Singaporean national and has one daughter. The team at JW Marriot Bangkok is excited about his arrival and anticipates great successes with him at the F&B helm.
