Back by popular demand to Pullman Pattaya Hotel G for another delightful evening of Brazilian dining, our Guest Chef Lilian Barbosa is one of Brazil’s most highly regarded chefs and will be presenting her exceptional creations for one night only at the Beach Club restaurant!
Renowned Lilian Barbosa is from Sao Paulo—also known as the “City of Drizzle” (Cidade da Garoa)—in Brazil. Since 2005, she and her husband have been traveling the world, having come through China, South Korea and are now in Thailand. “I love to spoil family and friends by cooking for them,” she says. ” I lock myself in the kitchen for long hours just to serve a pleasing dish. I’ll be here to cook like I cook for the ones I love most.”
She also present brazilian buffet at Pullman Pattaya Hotel G for the Brazilian favorites such aschurrasco; chicken leg with piripiri sauce, pork sausage, pichanha, top sirloin, alligator, duck breast in soya glaze, prawns and more. Salads and appetizers include Avarje (fried shrimps ball), kibe (Lebanese Kee-bee), grilled shrimp skewers with honeydew gazpacho.
