Italian-Thai Development Public Co., Ltd. ,Thailand’s leading construction company, by Mr. Thawatchai Sutthiprapa, Senior Vice President and Mr.Phathai Chakornbundidt ,Senior Vice President, joined hands to support Thailand Underground & Tunnelling Group (TUTG) of the Engineering Institute of Thailand under H.M. the King’s Patronage (EIT) to host the World Tunnel Congress 2012 (WTC 2012) under the theme of “Tunnelling and Underground Construction for the Global Society” at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre, attended by 1,300 delegates from 60 countries around the World.Organized by TUTG under the cooperation of International Tunnelling and Underground Space Association (ITA-AITES) and Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (TCEB),the objectives of this great international conference are to develop engineering technology breakthrough, underground space use and tunnelling, top-knot construction industry and innovative infrastructure to benefit to the people‘s quality of life, economic sustainability and safety for the ASEAN region and the global society.
