Resident Chef Joan Tanya presents an evening of Spanish cuisine matching with Santa Calorina wines from Chile on Wednesday, 6 June, 2012 at Tapas Vino, Grand Millenniums Sukhumvit. The six-course treat inspired by Chef Joan’s Catalan home-style cooking includes Grilled pork belly skewer, paprika garlic and olive oil; Calamari filled with pork foie gras in black ink sauce; Olive oil comfit lamb shank, garlic sauce and saffron espuma. The highlight wines are such as Santa Carolina Cabernet Sauvignon, Barrica Selection Grand Reserva, 2010 and Santa Carolina Carmenere, Reserve de Familia, 2007.
