With menu specially designed by Executive Chef Nachart Tengkanokkul, the event will be held on Friday, 8 June 2012. Dinner with all wines is priced at THB 2,500 net. Reservations are required.
Highlights from the 4 course menu include pan fried snow Fish, bed of miniature seafood, steamed white asparagus, lemon foam, Braised Australian Lamb Osso Bucco Vegetable Ratatouille and risotto rice, assorted cheese platter and assorted Chocolates Truffles.
